Your brand is built; the logo flawless. You have everything needed for your product to succeed. But therein lies the challenge. A brand is more than a sum of its pieces. Without a proper tone, voice, and a visual strategy, even the best brand can fall flat. With Canopy, we were challenged to take a brand new build and identity and give it life. We needed to showcase and develop how Canopy interacts with its audience, across multiple platforms. Together with the client, we explored (no pun intended) its aspirational voice. Canopy Park Apartments wasn’t just a place to live, it was a WAY to live.
With high-fidelity imagery, bold and adventurous copy writing, we turned a good brand into an award-winning identity campaign that sets goals, achieves greatness and relishes the journey. High-impact billboards drove the narrative locally, while a thoughtful set of display and social ads captured the digital crowd. Once onsite, the development of in-house materials echoed the active lifestyle, as the site plan reminds us of trail and park maps. Everywhere Canopy exists, we insisted on reinforcing that identity.
